The weakest point of an airtrack is the sides and therefore we have developed a new production method that makes your Airtrack Trainer extra durable. Two layers of quality PVC in Marine quality, glued together, give you an edge thickness of 1.2 millimeters. Double Rail technology thus extends the life of your GymPlay Airtrack significantly. That is why we offer a 3-year factory warranty on Airtrack Trainers.

Multi-layer composite core

Inside our Airtrack Trainer, there are thousands of composite fibers that connect the lower and upper halves of our Airtrack Trainer. This is what makes it airtight and provides a good starting point.

At the same time, it is also this technology that means you get a super smooth spring surface and enables it to maintain a constant air pressure without the use of continuous air supply.
