TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON NEW YEAR GIVEAWAY ’17
PRICE
The price of the giveaway on Facebook and Instagram is an Mini Airtrack Trainer(240cm * 100cm * 10cm) including a manuel pump.
No cash alternative is available and the price is non-transferable.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
The promotion is open to all at the age of 16 or above. Employees of the Danish brand “Gymplay” or associated with it professionally is not permitted to participate in the giveaway. Additional rules specified for the giveaway can be found below.
Instagram:
In order to participate in the Gymplay Giveaway on Instagram the following conditions must be met:
- Tag the tumble friend you want to win with
- Share the Giveaway post with #gymplay
- Follow our page @gymplay_dk
NB: Your profile must be public in order to participate.
ENTRIES AND DRAWING
All entries must be submitted by Monday the 1st of January 2018 at 4 pm (GMT+1) Participants are only permitted to make one entry in each of the promotions. Participants are not permitted to use any applications or any other third party software to make entries in the promotion or submit multiple times through different Instagram Accounts.
The winner will be drawn for the promotion Monday the 1st of January 2018 at 4 pm (GMT+1) through a random drawing among all valid entries.
The winner will be contacted directly through DM and the name posted directly on the given official page.
The winners of the Instagram Giveaway have 14 days from announcement to contact Gymplay and make an arrangement for delivery of the price. If the winners do not contact Gymplay within the given timeframe, the promoter reserves the right to make a redrawing in the given promotion.
In case the product is out of stock at the time of announcing the winners, the prices will be sent as soon as it comes in stock again.
By participating in the promotion the participant acknowledges this promotion is not sponsored, endorsed by or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
Gymplay, as the promoter, is not responsible for typographical or technical errors regarding this promotion.
By making an entry in the promotion you are deemed to have submitted to the terms and regulations.
