Better balance
With a Training Beam from GymPlay you have the opportunity to improve your balance and practice your balance beam exercises at a low height. The included exercise mat ensures that you land softer if you lose your balance. You can use the gym mat together with your training bar or separately for basic training.

Balance Beam Materials
We have improved our existing beam. It consists of a stable Recycle high dentity foam. This means that the balance beam will feel harder and more stable when you use it, although it’s still shock absorbing. It is covered with hard-wearing imitation suede and therefore feels like a real balance beam.
Folding Mat Materials
The GymPlay Folding Mat is made of abrasion-resistant PVC. Inside there is water-resistant cross-link foam with high density that cushions the foam. There are Velcro fasteners at both ends so that the mat can easily be attached to other mats to create a larger flipping area.
