The terms and conditions presented here apply to all purchases made on GymPlay.eu
GymPlay make reservations for typos, price errors, VAT, currency and tax changes, price increases, force majeure, sold out/discontinued products and failure to deliver by our suppliers.
We are continuously developing our websites which is why we reserve the right to continuously update our terms and conditions.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
After placing an order at GymPlay.eu, you can expect us to ship your order within 1-2 working days from the date you ordered the goods, unless otherwise indicated. If the goods are not in stock, you can pre-order the item, and an estimated delivery date will appear on the website. We do not withdraw any money from you credit card before we have shipped your order. If you have ordered a package/KIT consisting of several products and some of the products are out of stock, we may send part of the order and withdraw an amount on your credit card that corresponds to the price of the items sent. We will not withdraw the rest of the money until we have shipped the rest of your order.
At GymPlay’s websites you can order all items that appear on our website. If you have any questions or requests for products, which we do not show on our website, please do not hesitate to contact us on tel.: +45 71 99 96 95 or at firstname.lastname@example.org
All prices are quoted in Euro (EUR) including 25% Danish VAT and taxes:
We reserve the right to change our prices without notice, but not on items that you have already ordered. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, for instance if we have made misprints or typing errors in prices.
At GymPlay you have the option to pay with the following credit cards:

– Maestro, JCB, Dinners Club
– American Express
Credit card fees are included in the prices shown in our webshop
When you pay by credit card, you are protected against financial abuse. Our shop uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) via our supplier ePay. It is therefore safe for you to shop at GymPlay. The data you send in connection with a purchase paid with a credit card is encrypted (SSL) and it is only our Payment partner, Clearhaus that can read them. Neither GymPlay nor anyone else can read the data.
The purchase amount is withdrawn from your card when the goods are shipped from GymPlay’s warehouse.
It is also possible to pay via PayPal. When paying via Paypal, the withdrawal takes place automatically. This therefore means that GymPlay cannot actively wait to withdraw an amount if, for example, you have made a pre-order. If you want to wait with the payment of a pre-order until the item is in stock, you must choose either a credit card or bank transfer.
You can also pay for your purchase through a bank transfer. Simply choose the product in our webshop and choose direct bank transfer as your payment method. We send the purchased item as soon as we receive the payment. For items that we do not have in stock, we will send the item to you as soon as we have the purchased item in stock.
RETURNS / CANCELLATION
14-DAYS MONEY BACK
Should the purchased products not live up to your expectations, you can send your order back for a full refund. The product must be returned in the same condition and in original packaging. If the returned product is deteriorated in any way, we will not reimburse you at all or only partly, depending on the condition of the item.
After receiving your order, you have 14 days to notify us that you want to return the purchased item. From the notification date, you have 14 days to send it back to us (we have to receive the item no later than 14 days from notifying us). Please make sure to make us clearly aware that you want to use your right of withdrawal. The notification must be given to the following email adress: email@example.com
When returning, please attach a copy of the invoice / order confirmation. Please describe why the product is returned. We will transfer the money to the same credit card, PayPal account or bank account number, which was used for the purchase. We do not forward check or cash. Please note that we do not reimburse the delivery costs.
You cannot cancel a purchase simply by refusing to accept it when delivered. You have to inform GymPlay that you are returning the purchased item.
GymPlay cannot be made responsible for the delay of any order. Any shipping costs or other costs that follow as a result of returning a purchased order are on the buyer´s own expense.

Please note that we do not receive return packages sent by COD and the like.
After receiving the returned item and checking the condition of the item, GymPlay transfers the purchase amount to your credit card, PayPal account or bank account within 14 days.
The return period will expire 14 days after the day you:
- a) receive your product
- b) get the last piece of an item, consisting of multiple pieces
Products from GymPlay come with a 24- or 36-month warranty against damage not attributable to normal wear and tear. Products with double rail technology have a longer warranty that runs over 3 years, while the remaining products have a warranty of 2 years.

The period begins from the date you receive the product. If the damage is not attributable to wear and tear, we will either repair or replace, refund or give you a reduction in price depending on the specific situation. This conditions that the claim is justified and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the product or the like.
If you have to make use of the warranty, you have to do it within a reasonable time after you have discovered errors or defects with the product.
If you wish to complain about a received product, please send an email with the description of the error to email@example.com. Then we will find out how the complaint should be treated.
When you return an item, please describe the error on the invoice.
Please note that we do not receive return packages sent by COD and the like.
When you shop at GymPlay, you have to fill in your name, address, phone number and email address. The above information is necessary for us to complete your order. All data recorded will be treated according to the rules in the Privacy Act. This means that your personal information will NOT be sold or passed on to third parties. Once registered, you can always access and you can object to a registration under the provisions of the Privacy Act.
All the information you entrust to GymPlay when ordering, are received unencrypted, while the electronic commerce is conducted is secured via SSL secured trading module from ePay.
All information is stored on a secure server at our hosting provider. As prescribed in the Accounting Act GymPlay stores records for 5 years, after which they are deleted.
You can always delete cookies from your computer, how this is done depends on your browser.
We use a log statistic on our website, which means that a statistical system collects information that can give a statistical picture of how many visitors we have and where they come from.
Log statistics are used only for the purpose of optimizing our website.
